1. Enrollment & Exclusive Pricing

How The Ritual Supply Works:

 

System Fulfillments:

  • Choose from flexible fulfillment intervals: 30, 60, 90, or 120 days.

  • Select your preferred products, and they’ll be seamlessly delivered to your door at the chosen frequency.

  • You retain full command to combine multiple products, allowing you to tailor your system for maximum performance.

 

Exclusive Member Pricing:

 

As a member of The Ritual Supply, you are granted our Exclusive Member Pricing on all recurring shipments. These privileged rates are granted only to members and are automatically applied at fulfillment.

  • Initial Enrollment Privilege: Your first system fulfillment includes an Immediate Acquisition Advantage (automatically calculated and applied at checkout).

  • Ongoing Membership Standard: All future system fulfillments continue at the 20% Member Rate.

Please note that these rates cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Seamless Billing:

  • Your payment method is seamlessly charged prior to each System Fulfillment Cycle. You’ll receive a notification prior to each billing cycle, granting you a chance to make any necessary changes.

 

2. Commanding Your Supply

 

 

Account Management:

 

Log into your BUCK & RYDE™ account to access your Supply Dashboard. Here, you can view your upcoming fulfillments, update your destination address, and modify your payment information.

 

Command & Adjustments:

 

  • You retain full command to add or remove products, adjust your fulfillment intervals, or pause the supply if your current arsenal is sufficient.

  • Any changes to your supply, such as modifying your product selection or adjusting your fulfillment schedule, must be made at least 7 days before your next fulfillment date to take effect.

  • You may pause your Membership temporarily if you require a break, with the option to resume it at any time.

 

3. Termination of Fulfillment

 

 

Termination Policy:

 

  • You may terminate your enrollment at any time after receiving your first system fulfillment. To avoid being charged for the next fulfillment, termination must be executed at least 7 days before your next billing date.

  • If you terminate after a fulfillment has been processed, the termination will apply to subsequent deliveries, and the processed shipment will be sent as scheduled.

 

Reactivating Your Standard:

 

Should you wish to re-establish your standard, simply log into your account and reactivate your previous Ritual Supply or start a new enrollment. The same privileged rates and options will apply.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

 

Fulfillment Guarantee:

 

All Ritual Supply fulfillments include Complimentary Standard Delivery, ensuring your essential gear arrives at no extra cost.

Missed Fulfillments:

  • If a delivery is missed or undeliverable, contact info@buckandryde.com to arrange reshipment; additional fees may apply.

    Clause: Fulfillment Integrity

     

    Inventory and Fulfillment Integrity: At BUCK & RYDE, we maintain an uncompromising standard of supply. In the rare event that a subscribed item within your System Fulfillment is unavailable due to an unexpected supply chain constraint, we will immediately notify you. Your fulfillment will be held until the component is restored to the BUCK & RYDE quality standard. You will retain full command to either pause the entire fulfillment cycle or modify your product selection via your Supply Dashboard. We will never substitute a component without your direct command.

 

5. Return Policy:

 

Ritual Supply items are eligible for returns under our standard Return Policy. If you’re unsatisfied with a fulfillment item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
